You can be a superhero!
In partnership with Children’s Hospital Foundation of Manitoba, Voyageur Technical is thrilled to be hosting the 5th annual Suspended Superheroes event on Friday, October 2nd, 2026. What started as a creative way to help kids in hospital celebrate Halloween has become an annual fundraising event, making a meaningful impact for families in hospital.
Each year frontline crews like the RCMP Emergency Response Team and Winnipeg Police Service Tactical Team are joined by superheroes-in-training to rappel down the sides of HSC Children's Hospital. Participants dress up in costume and wave hello to children through their windows.
This event fosters a strong sense of community and belonging among children and families and helps provide positive memories during difficult times for kids who need treatment and care.
