I'm raising money in support of Suspended Superheroes!
I'm Jessica Keus, Wealth Advisor with Eleven Wealth, National Bank Financial, and proud mom of two little girls who already think I'm a superhero.
When I signed up for the Suspended Superhero event, I knew it would mean facing one of my biggest fears; stepping off the edge of a building. But I also knew the HSC Children's Hospital has been a lifeline for my family and so many others - and that courage comes in all forms.
For me, this leap isn't just about bravery. It's about honouring the kids who show strength every single day - the real Fearless heroes. It's about bringing hope, joy, and maybe even a little bit of Daylight to families when they need it most.
And while I might be trembling in my harness, I remind myself that sometimes you have to Shake It Off and do the thing you're scared of. Because if my jump can spark one more smile, inspire one more donation, or remind us that giving can be Enchanted..... then it's all worth it.
Of course, I'm not just any superhero on October 3rd. I'm stepping into the shoes - and maybe the sequins - of a global icon who knows how to turn challenges into Style, share stories we know All Too Well, and remind us to Speak Now about what matters most.

In collaboration with The Children’s Hospital Foundation, Voyageur Technical is thrilled to announce the upcoming 4th Annual Suspended Superheroes event, scheduled for October 3rd, 2025. Building on the success of previous year's events, to which the RCMP Emergency Response Team and Winnipeg Police Service Tactical Support Team provided on-rope ‘superheroes’, we are excited to once again create an opportunity to bring cherished memories to children and their families spending their Halloween in the hospital.
This event goes beyond its festive nature; it fosters a strong sense of community and belonging among children and families. The timing aligns seamlessly with the holiday spirit, providing children with an unforgettable experience during a challenging time.
The proceeds collected from this event will serve improve healthcare for children in Manitoba, Northwest Ontario and Nunavut,
